Why Trust Amber?
Credentials & Professional Experience
Amber Clements is an experienced educator, Human Design expert, and organisational change specialist with more than twenty-five years of combined experience in teaching, training, and personal development. Her approach blends clarity, warmth, and grounded insight — qualities that shape the learning environment at the Australian College of Human Design.
Amber began her career in communication-based roles before moving into vocational and secondary education. She gained formal teaching qualifications and two university degrees, later completing a Master’s degree in Communications.
She then spent more than a decade in organisational change, leadership development, and corporate training across Australia, the UK, and the Middle East. During this time, she designed and delivered training for organisations such as Red Bull, Boeing Defence, Telstra, Nestlé, the Australian Defence Force, and several government departments.
Amber has worked professionally with Human Design since 2019, conducting thousands of chart readings and studying internationally with senior teachers in the field. Her depth of experience — both in education and in Human Design — led her to establish the Australian College of Human Design in 2023 to offer a quality, practical, and transformative pathway for students who want to learn Human Design professionally.
Known for her clear communication and human-centred teaching style, Amber is committed to providing a learning environment where students feel supported, seen, and encouraged as they develop their own confidence and skill. She has spoken at Human Design conferences in the USA and Australasia and has been invited to facilitate workshops for organisations seeking a more holistic, people-focused way of approaching personal growth and workplace wellbeing.
