Amber Clements is an experienced educator, Human Design expert, and organisational change specialist with more than twenty-five years of combined experience in teaching, training, and personal development. Her approach blends clarity, warmth, and grounded insight — qualities that shape the learning environment at the Australian College of Human Design.
Amber began her career in communication-based roles before moving into vocational and secondary education, gaining formal teaching qualifications and two university degrees. She later completed a Master’s degree in Communications and spent more than a decade working in organisational change, leadership development, and corporate training across Australia, the UK and the Middle East. In these roles, she designed and delivered training for major organisations including Redbull, Boeing Defence, Telstra, Nestlé, the Australian Defence Force and several government departments.
Amber has worked professionally with Human Design since 2019, conducting thousands of chart readings and studying internationally with senior teachers in the field. Her depth of experience — both in education and in Human Design — led her to establish the Australian College of Human Design in 2023 to offer a quality, grounded, and transformative pathway for students who want to learn Human Design professionally.
Known for her clear communication and human-centred teaching style, Amber is committed to providing a learning environment where students feel supported, seen, and encouraged as they develop their own confidence and skill.
